Terms of service

1. Handmade Nature All items are created by hand. Variations in color, texture, or stitching are normal and part of the work. These are not considered defects.

2. Orders & Payment Orders are processed once payment is received. I reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if something looks off (fraud, incorrect info, etc.).

3. Shipping All orders ship through USPS. Once a package is handed off to USPS, they are responsible for delivery, delays, or damage.

4. Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an order is returned or lost due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns & Cancellations Policies for returns, exchanges, and cancellations are listed separately. By purchasing, you agree to those terms.

6. Intellectual Property All designs, images, product descriptions, and artwork on this site belong to me. Please don’t copy or reproduce them.

7. Use of the Site You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use its content for commercial purposes without permission.
